    Home Health Care

    Home Health Care

A specially trained caregiver will assist patients who are cognitively impaired, disabled, and/or chronically ill with medical and everyday needs. Helpful tasks include getting groceries or other items, housekeeping, doing laundry, and meal preparation and serving. Specialists will assist in activities such as bathing, grooming and dressing, which may be difficult for people with impairment conditions. Important medical needs are tended to, involving physical therapy, medication, and skilled nursing. Caregivers will keep their patients company and ensure they are taking healthy actions.

    Aide & Attendant Care

    Aide & Attendant Care

With aide and attendant care, important medical nursing is provided to hindered and/or elderly patients in their very own home. This health care includes, but is not limited to, checking vital signs, keeping up with medication, fever and illness care, motion exercises, and bowel and bladder care. Specialists also help with simple everyday tasks such as, feeding, bathing, dressing, safety awareness, and housekeeping. Aide and attendant care allows patients to have better mobility through the caregivers who provide safe handling devices and assistance.

    Wound Care

    Wound Care

For the case of surgery, injuries from falls, or any other physical lacerations and pains, wound care will provide a beneficial medical treatment. Wounds that are non-healing or take a long period of time to heal due to advanced age may require special help. Wound care focuses on the treatment and healing of wounds by having a trained specialist wrap injuries with sterile bandages, apply proper pressure and elevation to stop possible bleeding and swelling, disinfect the wound so infections don’t occur, and assist in movement that may prove to be difficult with pain.

    IV Infusion

    IV Infusion

To administer medication and fluids to help with health problems, IV Infusion may be the best choice for certain patients. Intravenous (IV) Infusion delivers fluids directly into a vein, circulating the injection throughout the patient’s body. This method is used to give medications, correct electrolyte imbalances, transfuse blood, and replace fluid volumes. It is the fastest way in administering treatment. IV Infusion can be provided all from the comfort of home, making it easier and more relaxed for the patient.

    Physical Therapy

    Physical Therapy

After surgery, falls, or any other pain-inducing challenge or injury, patients will need help with movement. In such a case, physical therapy proves to be beneficial. Physical therapy will assist in regulating the levels of pain and regaining ranges of motion. Physical therapists evaluate, diagnose, and help people experiencing discomfort from illness or injuries. They will determine the root cause of the trauma, if it is not already known, helping patients get back on their feet. Therapy sessions take place in the patient’s home, eliminating the hassle or discomfort of leaving the house.

    Occupational Therapy

    Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapy helps certain patients return to daily life and work responsibilities. Using special equipment and therapeutic daily activities, therapists assess, diagnose and treat sick, disabled, injured, and elderly patients. With occupational therapy, patients will be facilitated to regain, develop, improve, and practice the skills necessary for everyday life and work. From the comfort of their home, patients will be provided long-term and acute care. Disabled people who are capable and have the potential to work and be in daily life should be given the chance.

    Speech Therapy

    Speech Therapy

For individuals who have difficulty with speaking, speech therapy is a life-changing service. A speech pathologist will diagnose and treat patients who suffer from cognitive impairments, as well as stuttering. If a patient’s speech is negatively affected by learning disabilities, physical impairment, and emotional issues, speech therapy can support them in overcoming the problem. Screenings will be performed to detect language, speech, and swallowing disorders. Communication is especially important among people, which is why speech therapy is an immensely helpful service.

    Medical Social Worker

    Medical Social Worker

A medical social worker will support individuals who are coping with the challenges they are facing in their lives. They are therapists who help patients with mental troubles. They diagnose and treat patients who deal with behavior, mental, and emotional disorders. A medical social worker will help the patient and his/her family in determining and understanding the mental conditions they may have, and what to do to assist them. The patient will receive proper therapeutic care for their mental wellbeing.

    RNs and LPNs

    RNs and LPNs

Registered Nurses (RN) are individuals who have graduated from a nursing program and have met the requirements outlined by law to become a registered nurse. They assist in providing medical treatment to patients. A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works under the direction of doctors and registered nurses. They care for sick, injured, and disabled people. Patients can receive help with all their medical needs from registered nurses and licensed practical nurses. With medication, physical mobility, and more, a nurse will be there to care for their patients.
